Every minute/hour/day, I encounter myself scrolling through the endless stream of stories/updates/posts on my Facebook feed. It's a strange/odd/weird mix of triumph/celebration/joy and despair/grief/anguish. Sometimes/Often/Rarely, I catch myself being pulled down by the heavy/dark/negative emotions that seem to permeate/cloud/suffocate the space.
